resizing top floor bedrooms to invude wardrobe with five metres of extra space per bedroom created

new polished timber floor throughout

new internal split-level staircase

lower floor was treated as a knockdown rebuild including a brand new kitchen

the middle floor was remodelled to remove the kitchen and turn it into a usable rumpus and study area

the pool area was modernised with ned timber decking and surround work.
